Is this one supposed to be for like scenty scent. I feel like it’s too harsh for my face. Should I try the other toner?

Affordable and refreshing

Have all 5 sprays in the 2 fl oz, and Id have to say they are equally hydrating and refreshing. Very affordable and good for lots of ages. Good gift additions as well.
