Love this lip topper over lipstick or on it’s own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Love this gold lip shimmer, the scent is subtle, great glittery pigment, doesn’t seem to transfer too much, and the packaging is very luxurious. I love it and will be wearing over my lipsticks for sure!
