Hydrating primer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really thought a primer would do a lot for. However im so glad I gave this one a try.ive purchased it at least 3 times!

Not Worth It

Loved using this primer for the past couple of years! Unfortunately they got new packaging and are now 30 ML instead of 50 ML (see photo), and increased the price. I will not be repurchasing..
