0/10 Bring back the old formula!!!

The new formula should be illegal. I understand a revamp is necessary sometimes, so the new packaging makes sense. The formula is terrible. It’s not as thick as the old formula and doesn’t emulsify and remove mascara as well as the old formula. It’s clumpy. There’s an added fragrance and it burns your eyes. Huge fail. Bring back the old formula please!

A Must Have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with how well this cleansing balm removed my makeup. In my before photo, I had on my usual daytime look with mascara, foundation, and blush. It took everything off so easily. What stood out most was how well it handled my mascara. I’ve tried a bunch of other removers and they usually leave behind smudges or require a lot of rubbing, but this one melted it away without any hassle. My skin felt clean and soft afterward, not dry or tight. It’s gentle but super effective, and I love that I don’t have to scrub to get results. This cleansing balm has definitely earned a spot in my routine. I cannot wait to pick some up for my daughter and stepdaughter to try too. I think they’ll love how quick and easy it is, especially on busy mornings or late nights.
