Pump Does not work

product is nice, i got the value one and the pump doesn't work. which is very frustrating for such an expensive big bottle

The best shower gel i have used so far it smells soo good this is my second purchase first i ordered small size and now ordered the bigger one i am quite obsessed with the smell so good totally recommend
