crusty :(
good enough but not buying again. sticks to eyelashes and makes them crunchy. easy to cry off, hard to fix.

Dry and Disappointing
Wish I loved it, but the formula is quite dry so it’s a struggle to get it to go on easily and evenly. It also feels dry and uncomfortable on your skin.
