Pretty color but…
The cobalt blue is gorgeous but the coverage of the liquid eyeliner is blotchy. I do have to say that it stays! I will try the gel eyeliner for this color.

crusty :(
good enough but not buying again. sticks to eyelashes and makes them crunchy. easy to cry off, hard to fix.
