Better than a milky toner indeed

I agree with the person who said they like this better than a milky toner! As someone with sensitive, dry and acne prone skin, this is a nice viscous toner that hydrates and calms skin without leaving you too greasy/oily. I love it after exfoliating or using actives to reduce irritation and to create a nice base for moisturizer and makeup. Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid it also doesn’t need to be on damp skin in my opinion and doesn’t suck moisture out if you put it on dry ski
