Heartbroken! It really works, but caused me MGD

am totally heartbroken over this product! It works SO amazingly well and gave me the lashes of my dreams (the before and after isn’t even the complete after, they had grown even more since February) and I’m again becoming a naked mole rat because I had to quit using it as this caused me to get pretty bad meibomian gland disorder which I am still battling a month later upon stopping usage of this product, which I also added photos of- the clogged follicles and oil glands along my eyelashes, which often get inflamed and infected despite consistent care. I have to scrub my eyelashes all the time to try and keep the glands from clogging even without use. My ophthalmologist prescribed a steroid-antibiotic eyedrop and even Xdemvy, a very expensive anti parasitic eyedrop to try and fix the issue. My upper lash line is slowly recovering, at least for now as MGD is a chronic condition, but I still have very red, clogged lower lashes and all the scrubbing is making my lashes fall out in droves. I’m so very sad about what’s happened as I loved this product. I can’t even wear makeup anymore, not until this is fully under control. :’( maybe the sensitive formula doesn’t cause this, but buyer beware, this may affect you! Though I see many who don’t get the MGD issue I did, and it really does work, but take caution and make sure to throughly cleanse your lash line to prevent any clogging!
