Not effective for price

I have very sensitive eyes that dont love this. I enjoy the applicator but for the price O see no difference in my undereyes

Disappointed

I was really keen to try this especially as it is advertised to boost lash health. I am underwhelmed. I don't find the applicator cooling or easy to use (either too little or too much product). I can see if it was kept in the fridge I would experience the cooling effect. I haven't noticed any difference in the skin around my eyes, my main problem is some puffiness. I have now taken the advice of others to use under an eye cream.
