This product is very nice and makes hair smooth. I like the smell and packaging. I gave 4 because I was expecting to get volume with thus shsmpoo but it actually makes hair very smooth and cause taking away the volume. So if you want very smooth hair, I do recommend this.

Awful, smells like cheap porta potty hand soap. Tons of acne triggers. I immediately got acne. I don’t know why people rave about this scent? Did help with frizz but left a coating and build up on my hair after one
