Great eyeshadow, terrible package design

I actually LOVE this liquid eye shadow in the Traffic Jam shade. It is buildable, giving lots of options for how to wear it. I apply a lighter, more sheer layer for work but can also build a darker, smokier eye for night-time or going out. I would buy this over and over if it were not for the abysmal packaging design. There is very little ACTUAL product in this container. You cannot consistently get a good or reliable amount on the brush. So sad because I really love the shadow when I’m lucky enough to get some out of the bottle.

Frustrating application

The color and texture are great but the brush is very short and despite following instructions to shake the container very little product comes out. It’s frustrating.
