Eye stick revoew

Darker than appears online and since I have dark skin it looks almost black on me. I thought it was more a royal blue shade. Very disappointed.

Caviar stick eyes shadow

Sometimes the eyeshadow does not go on smoothly. That is if the skin below my eyebrow is dry. So it has to be well conditioned with moisturizer for to go on smoothly.
