Burned my skin

I read all the reviews and despite that I was still shocked how bad the package is. It took forever to even open, let alone use. Then, where the product dripped down my face I felt a burning. Then my scalp felt a bit burning. When I looked in the mirror I saw how red my skin was there. The burning and redness concerns me. For that reason I won’t use it again.

I wanted to love this, but the packaging is garbage. I had it one day, and it someone came unscrewed and spilled all over my bag. 80% gone and money wasted. Cannot recommend this until olaplex fix’s the packaging
