Solid choice for broken skin barrier

My skin going through really rough patches. Is so angry and compromised. Which my skin barrier is ruined and broken. But this does not irritate my skin at all. Sometimes use it as a double cleanse.

Milky Cleanser

I am a big fan of milky cleansers, and I thought I would try this brand. It is a good value cleanser, however it does seem to dehydrate my skin. My skin is sensitive and dry.
