nice scent… not to help with anxiety or stress tho

I initially bought this pen to help comfort me as someone with severe anxiety and a lot of stress and whilst the scent may appear and seem comforting it doesn’t really do much because it doesn’t last long enough, it’s too faint and it overall doesn’t help me calm down. I’d recommend it for sleep tho as it is quite a relaxing scent but not to help someone with anxiety
