The pencil is super creamy and glides easily on the waterline without tugging. The color is a deep black that looks very intense right away. It lasts for hours without smudging or fading, even on the waterline. It’s perfect if you want defined eyes that stay put all day.

Classic black waterline!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received this product complimentary for my honest opinion.* As an avid eyeliner wearer throughout my late teens and through mid-20s, I’ve been wanting to get back into wearing the classic black waterline. Finally with this product, I’ve felt confident to give it a try. The product glides on, and is easy to layer for each persons desired level of pigmentation. As someone who applied to the lower lid waterline, there is some product that does not stay, but it’s simple to just add as needed. Would recommend this for someone who prefers a crayon style liner compared to liquid.
