Great eye pencil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking for a good black contour eye pencil for a long time. I tried many different ones but was never satisfied—until I got the chance to try the Sephora 12H Contour Eye Pencil. It has a deep black color, is easy to apply, and is also waterproof. Unlike other brands I've tried, it doesn't smudge, which really impressed me. It’s great value for money, and the packaging is lovely too. I definitely and highly recommend it!
