So as for the pencil yes it smudges but looks great still. When it comes to the Champ of eyeliners the liquid stays on heavy unless you’re crying or rubbing your eye you’re good fyi I’m a heavy sweater.

Don’t waste your time

Total disappointment. It’s not waterproof and needs to reapply every couple of hours! Looks like a dark smudge instead of an eye liner
