Disappointed – Dry and Flaky

I was really excited to try the New Dior mascara, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The formula arrived extremely dry—almost like there was nothing in the tube to begin with. I had to really work to get anything onto the brush. What little product I did manage to apply flaked off throughout the day and got into my eyes, which was uncomfortable and frustrating. I’m super sad this didn’t work out, as I had high hopes. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.
