Disappointed: Dry, spongy, off and a waste!

I decided to try the Laniege Bouncy & Firm Eye Sleeping Mask since their lip mask is so good and I had high hopes! For the first week, it felt really nice, smooth, cooling, and comfortable around my eyes. However, after about a week, the texture completely changed. It started to dry out and turn spongy inside the jar, making it difficult to apply, absorb, and feel uncomfortable. I’ve noticed quite a few people mentioning the same issue, so it doesn’t seem to be just me. No hydration at all. Overall, it started off great but didn’t last. For the price and brand reputation, I expected better consistency. I still love the Laniege lip mask, but this eye mask was a bit of a disappointment.

used this product for a few weeks and didn’t notice any differences. It also pills up when you apply it sometimes. I’ve had it for probably 3 months or so and now it’s gunky/dry and won’t apply to my Eyes. I tried this thinking it might replace my drunk elephant eye cream, but I’m switching back to drunk elephant asap. Disappointed because I love laneige’s lip mask and thought this would be good too.
