How???? & Why????

I loved the color and wanted to love this gloss but it gave me a rash on my lips, not around it but directly on my lips. I didn’t even know it was possible for that to happen my lips burned so bad during the healing process.

I’m so confused by the good reviews for this gloss- the packaging makes the product leak into the lid. The product itself is very sticky, which doesn’t even make it last long and it also has a rather unpleasant odor. What are we liking about this!
