With the blend of nourishing ceramides and conditioning oils, it effectively emulsifies any light makeup and impurities. Its a little more of a struggle with waterproof and heavier makeup to remove it easily, but with a little more cleansing and a couple more cotton pads, it is achievable. Overall my skin feels hydrated and cushioned, rather than stripped or tight. It leaves a smooth base for the rest of my skincare and makeup.
