I regret going to another mascara

Best mascara to get those little hairs and the only one that can get my Bottom lashes perfectly

Not great any more

Previous purchases were great. The application was smooth and resulted in long separated lashes. The last purchase was dried out, clumpy and added no length. Was the formula changed or is this old product?
