waste of money-not waterproof at all

this liquid eyeliner (waterproof ) is the worst waterproof liquid eyeliner i’ve ever used, i can take a damp q-tip and wash away like it was never there, the l’oreal brand is far better than this stuff -and its not even water proof- completely disappointed just regular not even waterpf

This is the BEST eyeliner I have ever used in my entire life! I have been using this eyeliner for 4 years now, and does NOT disappoint. I’ll be out 8 hours all day sweaty under the sun, or in the rain, and it’s still with no smudgess. I spent so much money on other expensive eyeliners and this doesn’t compare!
