Not oily face friendly!

I used it on the back of my hand while i walked around the store, it stayed on the whole time and i tried to smudge it many times, it didn't so i bought it. First time i used it it smudged and i thought it was because i didnt use a primer so the next time i used it i applied a primer and it still got smudged. I noticed about 5hrs after i applied it but i was working so i dont know since when it was smudged. Dont recommend!
