Disappointed long time user

I have loved this liner for my waterline for years.. But it no longer mechanical and needs to be sharpened (which I loathe) but given it’s texture sharpening is almost impossible as it breaks apart before a tip can be achieved.. I will no longer purchase this liner in its current packaging..

Like butta!

I’m super picky with eyeliner, I have hooded eyes and eyeliner always marks my upper lid. This eyeliner is smooths and pigmented. I do need a little powder to finish so it doesn’t mark and stay all day. Overall it’s good and pretty much stays, gives good cat eye.
