It’s sticky like glue

This stuff is NOT good. Had for about a month and the tube is already dried out. Maybe I got an old tube?? The brushes bristles get stuck to one another and do not go between my lashes. I can barely get the top back on sometimes. Only good thing is it doesn’t smudge.

Waterproof but Smudges

It’s definitely waterproof and looks great after the application. BUT, It SMUDGES! Within and hour or two, it leaves residue under the eyes. Unless you don’t mind cleaning it up every few hours, I wouldn’t repurchase this.
