Floral

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally a big fan of floral fragrances so this was right up my alley. The notes are not the strongest but they do come through. It’s a very wearable scent without being too overwhelming.

Gourmand vanilla with a sophisticated dry-down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I’m a big Gucci Flora fan so I was excited to try the Gorgeous Orchid perfume. I have to say that at first, it was very vanilla forward, which is great if you are into that. I don’t gravitate towards vanilla-heavy scents usually but I wanted to branch out. The vanilla was not overly sweet or cloying, but more of a gourmand, sophisticated vanilla. After about 20 minutes, the dry down on my skin was very pleasant, and more powdery vanilla than candy vanilla. I was very surprised how much I liked this scent because of the first impression. I kept smelling my wrists because it was such a delicious fragrance. It’s definitely not what I’d go for usually but I’m glad I tried it because I do actually like it!
