the best toner for my skin!!

this toner is literally LITERALLY my holy grail, I have roseacea skin and toners are never this soothing. this toner calms my skin INSTANTLY, even better when its cold and I apply it to me face. its not for everybody, but it was genuinely the BEST BEST toner for my skin!!
