I was assured that this would work great for hooded eyes- nope! Didn’t last, smudged within 2 hours. Would NOT recommend.

This was the worst gel eyeliner I’ve ever tried !! Cost was way too much for the amount of product that I’ll be throwing away as it does not go on smooth at all You have too gouge it out the bottle👎
