Not worth it

I usually buy tartlette but they were sold out so I decided to try this. The formula was dry and it took a few layers to get my lashes looking good. I tried it for a few days and noticed it would smudge on my upper eyelids and flake off my lower lashes throughout the day. I think this is a good colour but it’s not worth the price as it doesn’t last long.
