Burns eyes, barely thickens.

Barely any lifting, clumps constantly, and formula degrades & smells bad quickly. Starts burning eyes after using it for about a month, which conveniently for Saie means you have to go buy more mascara. Stings eyes when removing, too. Awful. Brown color is so warm it brings out the red in my eyes.

Terrible packaging, great formula

Love love love this product, absolutely HATE the packaging! I’ve purchased this mascara around 5 times and every time the matte coating on the outside of the tube starts to flake off in little black bits after only a few uses, getting everywhere! It’s a huge bummer because the formula itself is great; it stays on all day and washes off easily with micellar water and water. I also love that this mascara is one of the few on the market that has truly clean ingredients. If Saie can make a tube that isn’t matte or just doesn’t flake then this mascara would easily be 5 stars for me.
