A lip balm that helps my chronic lip biting

I have always bit my lips since I was a little girl, so I decided to stop doing it, and then I quickly realized that I need extra moisture in my lips. I started with Vaseline but i don’t want to take it out everywhere because it is unhygienic, so I started using this 2 weeks ago and my lips started healing. When I used it at night I noticed a big difference the next day, my lips were softer and more hydrated. I don’t need to use it very often because it lasts a while so I use it maybe twice a day. I recommended, and you get a lot out of it.
