Works as a Primer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Kosas Soulgazer Mascara in the Hypnotize Intense Black color for my honest review. I found this mascara to very light in consistency as it seems more like a primer to me. It didn’t make my lashes more voluminous or appear longer. I applied three coats and still wasn’t good to me; only after I applied another mascara on top. If you are looking for something light or more natural looking with your long lashes than this may work for you. I give this 6/10. I wouldn’t recommend it.
