Smell is horrible

The smell/scent is horrible, such a disappointment. Once it is lathered with water and put on hair, it smells like a strange wet dog smell. I bought the shampoo/conditioner solely because of Jennifer Garner - totally surprised that she would put her name something that smells so bad :((

Left hair feeling crunchy

I followed the instructions and combed Virtue through my hair before blowing dry. My hair was left too crunchy and not feeling great
