Lives up to the name

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product feels very hydrating on the skin. It’s not oily or tacky as it absorbs and sits well under makeup without pilling. As this is a water based product be sure not to mix with silicone based products to avoid pilling. Used this with the bronzing drops as well for glowy looking skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pot was a little aggravating to deal with but otherwise it’s a great product! No fragrance is a plus and I’m impressed this came from elf! I love the cool blue, it looks super high end.
