Not great for fine, wavy hair

My hair is both very fine and super thick and wavy. I bought this conditioner because I also struggle with dryness, but unfortunately it did not work for me. I have used it three times now, and had the same issues each time: 1-Hair was super tangled afterwards and very difficult to brush out and style. 2-Hair was also somehow dry? 3-My hair felt dirty like it had a lot of buildup afterwards. The first time, I thought it was from using more detangling products in an attempt to brush my hair out. After using less than I would normally use after showering, I still find my hair feels dirty after using this conditioner.
