Messy

The color is pretty but the packaging is bulky, messy, and comes out goopy. Too messy to keep in my purse. This is also difficult to apply without a mirror.

Bitter disappointment

Gorgeous color, so hard to find a cool toned pink/neutral lip shade and it feels lovely when applied. HOWEVER I have never used such a drying product before in my life... almost instant burning irritation from dryness... took hours with the use of other products to make it stop. Incredibly disappointing when it could be such an amazing product... this color with the quality/formula of their butter balm would be a dream. Unfortunately, this isn't even a case of not repurchasing, but not being able to reuse the one I have.
