My favorite hair mask

I want to preface by stating that I purchased this product with my own money. This is the absolute BEST hair mask I have ever used in my entire life. The scent is a light floral black tea with a touch of sweetness. It smells delicious in my opinion. Not only did this mask make my hair smell divine, it made my hair incredibly shiny, soft, and smooth. No frizz in sight and hydrated my hair like nothing else. I loved it so much, that I have already re-purchased a second jar before finishing the first one. I waited until after about 6 uses to write this review to make sure my opinion didn't change. GET THIS! You won't regret it.

Hydrated hair, but where did my volume go?

I have fine, porous hair that turns into dry straw without enough moisture. It gets so dry that it tangles into knots I can barely brush out, so good hydration is really important to me. I actually tried Fable & Mane's Medium to Thick Hair Mask with coconut and banana first, and surprisingly, I loved it. Even though it's made for thicker hair, it worked beautifully for my fine hair. It left my hair hydrated but still fluffy and full of volume. After going through two jars of that mask, I decided to try Fable & Mane's Fine to Medium Hair Mask instead.при Surprisingly, I like the Fine to Medium mask much less. It does hydrate my hair, and it leaves it smooth and shiny, but it completely kills my volume. My hair lies flat, looks almost slicked down, and gets greasy much faster. The mask is also thinner and more difficult to apply. It slips right through my wet fingers when I try to apply it in the shower. The scent is lovely, though! It smells like strongly brewed black tea with spices, with a subtle rosy note underneath. Despite the lovely scent, I definitely won't repurchase this one because I don't want my hair hanging like icicles. I'll be going back to the coconut and banana mask instead.
