Not great for thick curly hair

Not great sadly, my product was a Christmas gift which I was really excited about getting and couldn’t wait to try it. It’s not been a tool I’ve reached for since receiving it in December 24 due to it being loud, noisy and caused the room to get smokey, along with smoke coming from the dryer and has a strong burning smell accompanying it. The attachments always fall off and for something that’s meant to cause ‘less heat damage’ my hair is sadly been damaged.
