Breaks easily

I’ve had this product for 2 months, and it already broke. When I first bought it, the jelly was intact and felt somewhat cooling and soothing to apply to my face. I brought it on a couple flights and after each flight the jelly would break a little more

I wanted to love this and I did until first day it fell out of container now I have to put it back in constantly it’s not cool and it took a chunk out of it and crumbls on my face when I use it
