Eye masks typically sit uncomfortably on my face and I end up taking them off to fall asleep, but this one is so soft and leaves space for my lashes and I have no issue falling asleep with it on! They do a pretty good job of blocking light (I get a little bit coming through the bottom when it’s light outside)
