Surely This is a Dream?

I am having a difficult time believing this isn't sold out. After stewing on the price for a few months, I finally took the risk and I don't regret a thing. At 57, and some rough life choices, my skin no longer tolerates foundation. It looks horrid on me. I have taken to tints instead. When I first checked this product out, it looked so dark, there are so few photos it's nearly impossible to discern what it will look like when applied, and it does make some pretty bold statements without a lot of detail. In the past, Dior has been hit or miss for me, but lately, their products have left me more than a little disappointed, quality-wise. But the more I looked at other tints, the more my thoughts drifted back to DreamSkin so I decided to go with my gut. When it was first delivered, I swiped a bit on my face and immediately thought I had made a huge mistake. It was SO much paler on my skin than in the cushion. However, this was with a made up face at the end of the day. The next day, with a clean, freshly skin routined face, I dabbed it on and when I tell you it melted into my skin I mean it disappeared without a trace! So I dabbed half of my face and looked again. It looked like I hadn't put anything on so I peeled open the deep wrinkles of my skin looking for product to have settled into my wrinkles/fine lines, especially around my eyes. When I touched my skin it felt like a rose petal. What on earth is happening, I thought. So I sat back, flipped my mirror to no magnification and looked, flabbergasted. There was my face, one half looking like normal and the other half looked like I had a filter on. What kind of voodoo is this? I don't care. Give me more!!!! Since then, I have worn it alone, under skin tint...and yes, I did it today, over skin tint. After 30 years of not being able to wear foundation, I am now considering giving it a go. Will I? Who knows? If I want to. If not, I will just keep looking fabulously blurred and be happy as a clam. Thanks, Dior!

Coverage is light

Did not cover much of my sun spots, maybe needed a different shade. Probably too late to switch
