belated review - breakouts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as the birthday gift last year and I'm finally getting around to reviewing it 🤦‍♂️. Tried this two times - right after receiving the product in Nov 24 and then a few months later. Had a bad skin reaction/breakouts each time. I initially thought the first time was a fluke because I made the dumb choice to restart a retinol after a month break and try this out at the same time so I couldn't tell if the breakout was the retinol uglies or the cleanser but the 2nd attempt made it clear that it was the cleanser. I've never reacted this strongly to a cleanser before :/
