Creamy formula, beautiful color

Have repurchased this product multiple times. Love the color and the fact that it can be blended a little and smudged before it sets. Will say that it’s not ideal for waterline even though it is supposed to have extended stay and be waterproof.

This eyeliner was exactly what I was looking for, however it doesn’t last very long and smudges under my eyes
