Smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes my eyes pop and it doesn’t smudge at all. Such a good product and I would recommend it to others. Very pigmented and so smooth to apply onto eye.

Disappointed.

What’s the point of a waterline eyeliner if it migrates and smudges? I looked like a wet raccoon. Looks great initially though. Disappointing. I’d return it if I could.
