I no longer give more than 1 star to expensive products that don't have tamper-proof packaging/seals anymore. I'm so tired of spending money on products that have already been opened and used, as appears to be the case with this hair mask. People lie when they return products and claim they are unused and now stores are re-selling them at full price based solely on that claim. Brands pretend that "climate" mumbo jumbo is the reason for getting rid of tamper-proof packaging/seals but really it's to reduce losses from returned products. Now they can just re-sell them and the customer doesn't know. L'Oréal is another name on the list of brands I will no longer buy for this reason.

It only soften hair but doesn't actually nourishes. So a good option for a temporary fix
