The best black liner

The Make Up For Ever Aqua Resist Color Pencil Waterproof Eyeliner in Black is seriously long-wearing. It glides on super smooth without tugging, which is huge for me, especially on the waterline. The pigment is rich, deep black in one swipe — no patchiness. What really impressed me is the staying power. Once it sets, it does not budge. I’ve worn it through long workdays, heat, and even watery eyes, and it still looks sharp hours later. It gives you a little time to smudge it out if you want a softer look, but after that it locks in. If you want a true waterproof liner that won’t smear, fade, or transfer — this is worth it.
