Terrible Packaging

Love the cleanser, hate the bottle. It takes several uses to actually get the blue balm out; before you get to the balm you only get oil. The rounded bottom causes the bottle to fall over unless you place it down perfectly, and the pump is awful.

Wanted to love but too oily

This was my second purchase. The first bottle was great.. came out like a fell and took all the make up off. This bottle comes out like straight oil.. not even gel to oil... I have to rewash my face twice just get the oil off..
