There’s better out there
I used to love this mascara but the more I used it the more I noticed that it would smudge like crazy especially on my undereye which made my dark circles more noticeable

Smudge City
This mascara smudges more than a non waterproof formula. I am constantly having to wipe under my eyes to get rid of the smudges.
